Over Four Decades of Honest Workmanship
The story of Mockford Range began over 45 years ago. Our founder, Stephen Malcolm Phayre-Mallo, was fortunate to begin his journey at the age of 22 as an apprentice to a master craftsman cabinet maker from England: Arthur Mockford.
Under Arthur’s wing for 16 pleasant years, Stephen was taught the finest details of solid timber craftsmanship. Today, the company stands in honor of Arthur’s legacy. We continue to salute his expertise by adhering to the same "Old School" standards he instilled: precision, patience, and a refusal to compromise on materials.
